Garage sales are time consuming, frustrating, and generally a lot of hard work. Early birds buy the good items or disturb you days or hours before you are even ready to sell your items. When pricing items, you take the chance of losing money selling costly collectibles and antiques too cheaply. We offer the highest prices and/or credit for those antiques and collectibles.
What is really great about Jones Estate Cleanouts is that we take the hassle out of sitting around all weekend or for several weekends haggling with customers about price and then getting stuck with a house filled with rubbish. Your time has value and you should price it accordingly. If you plan on donating items, think about donating cash or time that you would have spent cleaning out your estate, house, attic, garage, and/or basement.
If you are thinking about a tax credit, take the cash up front instead. Tax credits are based upon verified appraisals and only offer at most 75¢ on the dollar up to a capped dollar amount. Don't worry about items being thrown away, because we donate most clothing, books, general household items, and some furniture to local charities.
Local charities only take the best items, but Jones Estate Cleanouts will remove every item you do not want and give you credit or cash for your good items. We won't leave you with that old mattress that nobody wants, we will dispose of it along with the rest of the rubbish.
